My brother received this letter from LOTERIA PRIMITIVA yesterday that he has won USD 615,810. HE gave me the lottery to read just to make sure. I was like WOW he is lucky to have all that big SUM of money. I told him that I'll call the company tomorrow, and I did, but the guy who was speaking to me was a very lousy speaker. I just gave him my phone number, and that's all. I was thinking of sending them all the information to them, but then I thought why don't I take a look online to see if there is any real Company name as SAnta Lucia.
