Electric Cart Warehouse lied to me changed to a differant motor then wanted more money for right motor Costa Mesa California

I called Electric Cart Wearhouse about a 350cc motor for my cart. I talked to the salesman at length about the 350cc fitting withought modification. the salesman ashured me that the 350cc would fit no problem. I ordered the 350cc and was told it would ship the next day and be delivered in 3 to 7 days. After 7 days i called and was told by Brian thet it was back ordered and would ship within a day or two. One week later the motor was delivered and it was a 295cc not the 350cc i had ordered. I immediately called and talked to Brian he said he would investigate and call back. he never called. I called brian about two dozen times he would say he hadent had time to check or the seals pearson wasnt in. But always say he would call backafter two months he called and said that if i waould send him a nother $400 he would send me the 350cc i wanted.

I told brian i would ship the motor back. He said ok i turned the motor over to a freight foreworder. They called for info and was told brian would call back. Brian never called. After many calls the shipper gave up.

The day before yesterday i decided to call Electric Cart Wearhouse corporate office before writing wripoff report about this matter.the lady i talked to said she would investigate and call back befor the day was finished. no call yet.
