This vendor claims that their products are new or purchased via buyouts of companies going under. When I received my LCD TV, I noticed right away that the packaging wasn't original, the remote wasn't even the one showing in the manual, and the manual wasn't exactly the one for the TV. When I installed the TV, it started to go on and off and at times didn't even function. I called them right away and they didn't want to have anything to do with it and direct me to the manufacturers warranty. I contested the credit card charge and won it! I still have the damaged TV which clearly shows that they are not interested in picking it up as they know that it may create more problems to them.

Again, they claimed the TV was brand new, but when I inquired directly through the manufacturer, they confirmed it was refurbished!

Please note that warranties don't even apply. A total rip off business.
