I ordered a high-end Samsung 3d television from them and was told that I would be charged under $40 for shipping insurance but was actually charge $175. When I called to discuss this, the person I spoke with was not only rude but implied that I was lying. Additionally they would not provide a delivery date stating it would take 7 to 14 days and I would be called to schedule an appointment. At this point I am very disappointed however I will wait the 14 days to see if I actually get the TV. If not I intend to call the LVPD and file a fraud complaint as well as call my credit card company to dispute the charge. I will amend this post if/when I receive the order.
