On June 24th, I placed an order for a cover/case for my son's new cell phone. I was advised by the customer service rep that I would receive it in 3-4 business days. On July 10th, it had not arrived, and I found the same item at Amazon.com. I emailed Elite, and on July 12th, they responded that the item was on backorder. I called them the morning of July 12th to request a refund. It is now July 27th, and I have not yet received my refund. The company will not return my calls or respond to my emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RIP OFF ARTIST!!!! BUYER BEWARE!
