On Dec 27th, I ordered an Zen Micro MP3 shell and an armband MP3 case. The company charged me the $24.47 right away. I was told I would get an email confirmation of my order...it never happened.
As of 20 Jan 06, I still have not received the product, although I was supposed to have it it 2-3 days. I have called the only number on the website over 30 times and no one has ever answered it.

I emailed the company 9 times and have yet to get a reply. I have also tried using their "online live help". This is "supposed" to be abailable during business hours. Wrong!!! It has never been open for business.

Do NOT do business with this company unless you want to just throw your money out the window. This company is operating a BIG scam and suckers like me have fallen in to their trap. Beware.
