EliteXtreme.com, EliteXtreme Wireless Ripoff, never sent items paid for, scam Casselberry Florida

I had ordered 2 faceplates and 2 screw drivers for my cell phone. I placed the order Feb. 10, 2007. That was on a Saturday so they didnt charge my credit card until Monday Feb. 12.

I had received a conformation email of my order from them. It had my order number, what I had ordered, and also a spot for the order status and tracking number. I checked my email everyday and nothing changed as to the status of my order.

I found this odd because they are located about 5 minutes from my home and I really didnt think that it would take that long to receive my order, let alone send it out. I sent them an email inquiring about my order and heard nothing from them.

I sent them a second email, and again, nothing. I called the only number that was given to me but every time I tried to call (at least a dozen times in a half an hour) the phone line was busy.

At that point, I decided to research this company and found that I wasn't the only person having problems with this company. Today on my way home from work, I decided to pay them a visit, since they are on my home from work.

I went inside and asked about what happened to my order. The woman looked at me and said, (and I quote) "Oh, your item is on backorder. Didn't you receive the email about that?" Of course I didn't because they never sent it.

I don't expect to ever get my items that I purchased and I strongly suggest that anyone who is thinking about buying from this, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You will not receive what you paid for.

I have already reported this scam company to the BBB, FTC, and to yahoo, since they are a yahoo merchant. Please, anyone who has had problems with this company, file a complaint with the BBB, FTC, and Yahoo along with the Rip off report. Don't let this company take yours or anyone else's money.
