ELocal Listing Joseph elocal Listing-I canceled my service and they have continued to bill my credit card February, March and April. When I call they just hang up on me right away. 43264 Business Park Dr California

I was contacted in January 2008 about advertising my business. I was told it would $1.00 trial period for 30 days. Two weeks after my credit card was charged $228.00 without a phone call. I called very upset they credited my card. In April my business checking account went negative. I did research and realized that elocal listing had charged my account $159.00 without my approval. After further research they had billed me again on March 7 for $228.00. I called upset and this time they were very rude. Managers hanging up on me. Promising I would be credited yet my account still has not. These people should not be allowed to rip people off. Joseph an account manager with the company said they would only credit me if I agreed to pay $89.00 per month. I DO NOT WANT THIS SERVICE YET I CANNOT SEEM TO CANCEL NOR GET MY MONEY BACK. Please help me and I warn anyone out there if it sounds to good to be true it probably is. I was charged over $200.00 in bank charges due to their actions. I just want my money back and for them to lose my bank account information. Due to them I have been forced to shut my account down because they would not stop charging me.
