emachines Settled a class action suit,now weaseling out of their end of it? www.emachines.com Internet

I purchased three models affected by the class action suit against them. The settled, promising everyone a cash voucher. THREE times they hav erecieved my claim form,each time they received it- because EACH time they replied with a NEW claim form or a letter saying my ID wasnt legible etc (even though I had photocopies of the same thing they were sent, showing it quite readable) . Its been the better part of a year, months since their settlement, and they seem to be weaseling out of making good on their end of the settlement deal. I've yet to receive even ONE voucher for the three models/claims filed.
