I recently received my monthly Qwest phone bill and noticed an erroneous charge. I called Qwest to find out about it and was notified that I had been charged by Email Discount Network for over a year.

After researching this charge with my Qwest representative, we established that this was something that me or my family never knowingly signed up for.
