I called the phone company after finding third party charges on my phone bill. Ph Co told me it was legal to do and gave me EDN's phone number (in India).

I called and demanded to get refund and removed from future charges. They said new charges would remove and $29.90 would be refunded to my phone bill by two billing cycles. I am waiting but not expecting a return.
