Email Discount Network Ripping off consumers with unauthorizedon charges on their telephone bill Plantation Florida

I got a 14.95 charge from this company on my phone bill dated 6/12/09. I called my company, QWest and they are aware of this company being a total fraud, but will not block them from adding charges to peoples bills. They did say they would block them in the future, HAH. We shall see. There were some other irregularities and mistakes and unauthorized changes on my bill, too. I thought I had been hacked, that is why I called my phone company.
I called the attorney general of Florida, and they are also aware of this company, but had an older case from about 4 years ago which had been closed. I filed a new complaint with the AG of Florida, and then went to a federal site that takes internet fraud complaints, and also filed there. The lady at the FL AG office told me they are also investigating the phone companies that are allowing this company and others like it to pad phone bills. There is some thought that the phone companies are getting some kind of kick back from this company and other similar fraudulent companies that are billing customers who like me who have never signed up with them for any of their so called services. Am glad I did some on line research and found this site and also the federal site to file my complaint. I am going to the BBB next.
