I am willing to pay the entire $300 for purchases to settle this account. Please advise if you are willing
to settle this account.

I enrolled in a Pay-Assist program in July of 2003. I
was told if I made three consecutive on time minimum payments, my account would not be assessed over-limifees and finance charges for 6 months, to allow me
to pay down my balance. I made consecutive, on time
payments for August, September and October. However
when my November statement came, I was still assessed
the over-limit fee and finance charges. Upon calling
the customer service number provided, I was told it would take 30-45 days for my pay assist program to begin AFTER the three payments were made and that I would see the program in effect on my December bill.

If I didn't, I should call back. So I paid my November minimum payment and waited for my December bill. My December bill ALSO had the over-limit fee and finance charges. I called on 11-28-03 and waited on hold for over 30 mminutesfor a representative to tell me that she couldn't help me and due to the holidays, there was no one there who could and I should call back on Monday, 12-01-03. So, I called back on 12-02-03 at 10:10AM and after holding for about 10 minutes, someone picked up the line and hung up on me.

Frustrated, I called back at 10:30AM and after a 30 minute hold, I spoke with a representative who told me my account needed to be forwarded to another department, to call back Thursday, 12-04-03, at which time that department would have my files and be able to assist me. I decided to give the company ample time and called back on Friday, 12-12-03 at 9:44AM and after holding for approximately 10 minutes was hung up on, again. So, I called back at 9:53AM, and talked to a representative who told me that it would take another 30-45 days for the program to commence since my account had JUST been forwarded to the correct department to begin the pay assist program.

I asked what she could do about the over-limit fees and finance charges that I had already been wrongly assessed for November and December and she said there was NOTHING that could be done about them.

I would like for you to know that there is something that can be done about this problem. While I am trying to resolve this matter ethically, I have received no help from your company or it's customer service representatives. I would like to request your assistance in resolving this debt. Without assistance from your company, I have no choice but to find other means to resolve these problems.

Please forward this message on to the highest level of
executives, as I would like them to know exactly what kind of "service" the customer service representatives are providing. I would appreciate your prompt response, as this matter has remained unresolved far too long.

Thank you in advance for your help and consideration.

Sincerely,

Deborah

I have another way to contact them

AUTHOR: Larri - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, November 18, 2004

I too have had problems with them. I contacted the Better Business Bureau but received no real assistance.

I did however send a demand letter via email to the custmer service department which believe it or not was actually forwarded to the dispute department. (I was shocked). Anyways, I told them I would file a claim for $ 5,000 for each incorrect report filed ($15,000 total). Believe it or not, within 24 hours, I received an email stating they agreed to delete the information my my report.

I have an email address to a supervisor in the dispute department:

Dawn.Hunt@AspireCard.com

Hope this helps!

I filed a lawsuit demanding $14,500 in damages for harassment and extortion.

AUTHOR: William - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, November 16, 2004

Here's a story: I don't even owe these people money. This morning they started calling me at 8 AM, every five to twenty minutes, demanding I pay off the account of someone else who I have no legal responsibility for, because I have been trying to negotiate settlement of this debt on their debtor's behalf.

Long story, but they started calling at 8 AM and at 10:23 AM I filed a lawsuit demanding $14,500 in damages for harassment and extortion. Shortly after I faxed them a copy, they stopped calling.
