EMERGE MASTERCARD ripoff large yearly fee put me over limit and balance goes up no matter how much I send ATLANTA Georgia

My card has a $150.00 yearly fee and this year when they put it on my card it put me over my limit. I have paid large payments, well over the minimum, to try to get it under limit but it keeps going up and they charge me $35.00 for over-limit fees every month and $35.00 for late payment fees even if I pay on time. Then there is a finance charge too.

I have tried to contact them, but the phone number to call is strictly automated and there is no way to talk to a person. I did send a letter to the correspondence address on my bill. They sent me a letter back that didn't even relate to what I wrote to them. It was very impersonal and computer generated. I felt like they didn't even read my letter. What can I do to get out of this mess?? Please help!
