empire home warranty sent repair men to my home twice during the calendar year 2010. once for a water softner and another time for the furance. i went through their company to report the issues and after everything was corrected they did not pay the bills and i started reaching collection notices and calls. needless to say i paid the outstanding balances. i am out the two year cost of the warranty 957.90 and the cost of the repairs.
