Encante I ordered a sample for postage of 4-5 $ and they charged my account for 98.71. There was no bill or receipt in package. Santa Ana, Californa. Internet

I ordered a bottle of Enchanted facial serum for cost of postage . A couple of days later I 

received a jar of eye cream which I did not order . There was no receipt in either package so I begin calling my bank to find out if there was any unusual activity and a charge of 98.71 was posted on 12/18/15. I had to cancel my Visa debit card and that has resulted in annoying non payment of  various monthly debit payments, Netflix ,phone.  I' m still waiting for my new debit card, so inconvenient especially at holiday time.
