Encore Management Calling wrong number, harassment, called on Sunday, threatened me, started automated dialing, 4 times a day, will not respond to my justified complaints against them started Olathe Kansas

started 10/21/07, never had heard of "Encore" - got a call on Sunday, 10/21, 1:15pm, a "Michelle Phillips" - she was rude and crude and very demeaning. Told her she had "wrong number" and not to ever call me again, and that Sunday was against the law....and I hung up, 10/22/07, 8:15am, a "Cindy" or "Sandy" called, right off very threatening and nasty and extemely uneducated, "I'll call you any time I want to, and do this,that, etc., I advised her she was calling somebody who didn't owe one single cent to anybody and she should watch her mouth, and Call TRW (Experian) and tell them she was calling me, and to use my name and phone number, and they would set her straight and that would end it.....she would not listen, said she'd call me any time she wanted to and hung up..........then (I Assume automated) phone calls started coming, 4 times a day, my ans.machine picks them up, no voice, just a hang up,,,has continued on a 7 day basis since, they will not respond and their 888 toll free number will not answer... Have found that this is a 2nd rate firm, handling dead collections other agencies can't find or collect on, thus the name "encore" or 2nd time around........appears

I have no way to stop them other than make this report, first time ever, using computer (I recently got this computer, lst time user, not to literate)
