I had work done by a painter who "uses" this company to finance.
i had a loan for same as cash and I paid it off on time.
Two years alter I receive a notice that says I didn't pay it off on time and I have a balance of the interest left.
I have been getting lots of phone calls from a Lisa who is very rude. She once gave me to a "lawyer" who said that I can have litigation s against me. He used the word "yous" a lot. non-articulate.
I told them that even though it was their fault that they didn't "process" the payment on time, I am now unemployed and can't pay anything they became a bit forceful with their mailings and phone calls at all hours of the day.
I paid it on time....they want the interest.....they are scammers...cheaters....liars......

I have been contacted by an Enterbank Representative from the corporate Offices. The woman whoo called was very caring and courteous. She asked me about my complaint and I stated that the only reason I filed was because I made a large payment Of $5,000 leaving only $360 to be paid prior to July,2014 to avoid paying any interest. She stated that they are working to provide monthly statements and the possibility to accept debit or credit card payments on accounts in the future. You can call and make a payment usinging your bank routing and acct number but they will impose a $5 fee. So right now if you make an extra or large payment you have to call them like I did a few days ago and again the young lady I spoke to was very nice and accomodating in providing me with my new balance. In conclusion it is imperative to pay off the loan on time or a large interest amount will be tacked on to your loan. In my case I owe $360. If not paid by July it would be a balance of approximately $910 so they have to make money some how they are a business and the money is made on parties or loan customers that do not pay off their balances in the allowed time period. My suggestion to all pay them off in time or you will pay an exorberant interest fee, Sincerely, Robert of Las Vegas, Nv Ps: My loan was for energy saving work completed up in the eves and crawl spaces of my house such as radiant barriers,insulations being high end insulations and mastic coatings on all ducts. I believeI wrote a fair rebuttal and clarify and remove my complaint against Enerbank USA. The original compalint below is not mine , I filed only a few days ago and been involved with Enerbank since summer 2013.

We do not discuss publicly individual accounts at EnerBank USA, but our customer service number (1-888-390-1220) is available [Mon-Fri 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM ET] for any customer who has questions about or problems with his or her account.
With our Same as Cash loans, if the full principal balance is received on or before the Same as Cash expiration date all accrued interest is waived. The only way a balance would be remaining is if the payment was received after the Same as Cash expiration date, or was not paid in full.
EnerBank USA makes thousands of loans each month to homeowners nationwide, and we receive very few complaints overall. We maintain an “A+” rating with the Better Business Bureau, and we try to resolve all complaints in a reasonable and timely manner.
