A salesman for Entertainment + Extra promised me an add in their that was available in our local Safeway. He said another local business that I actually knew of just signed. I was looking to build up my clentel so this advertisement, that was supposed to be out before prom season should have worked.... if it was a magazine that was available in any of our local stores, it Was Not. If my add proof had the correct information, it Did Not. If my add proof was legible, It Was Not. If you could get a hold of your sales rep of the Superviser, you Can Not. If the add proof ever came before the publishing deadline....It Will Not! Scam

I left a message stating I would like a call back from James Rummonds or the superviser, as the art department and I were having a communication problem. I did not get that call. I leave another message as it had been 3 months and my add still was not out. I contracted for 52 weeks, bi-monthly, of adds in their magazine available in my local Safeway. I did not get it so I have the right to cancel the contract with them. They did not provide the services.

They fraudulently withdrew monies from my bank account.

I have sent a letter to them requesting the cancelation of my contract in writing and a full refund or proof that it was printed and available.

The response....

Ms. Dickinson left messages... You are being sued. case number, call this number.

I reported to BBB..... No response

Mr. Don Malatesta started leaving messages......Would you like to settle your debt?

I have reported to the Attorney General..... No Response
