They never perform on the agreed contract
We were told and promised we would be "exclusive" in the magazine, but turns out they also sold ad space to several competitors of ours.
They refuse to accept their mistake
Their salesman will not answer any calls and will hang up on you
Their owner or manager will not return calls and they keep sending bills
They accessed our bank account unauthorized and attempted to withdraw money from us using the company name "Living Well" and we filed a fraud alert with our bank and we blocked it
3 weeks later they did it again and entered our bank account again and tried to charge our account under a different company name "Entertainment Extra"
we again filed a fraud alert with our bank and reversed the fees.
