Entertainment Extra They promise advertising that is not true, you can not contact them afterwards. Chatsworth California

The sales rep came by.  He promised that we would get 10 TV commercials and that the magazine would be personally handed out to customers by the cashier. 

I never was e-mailed any type of artwork, they took one of my other advertisements designed by a reputable ad company and copied it exactly. 

Two months after the sales rep left we received and invoice asking for $333, more then the amount initially agreed to.  I called up about it and they told me we had agreed to proofs.  I never did find the proofs but I sent a check in any way figuring it was probably just a miscommunication somewhere. 

After another two more months go by I noticed they automatically withdrew another $333 from my bank account.  I never authorized auto withdrawl. I went to my bank imidiatly to dispute it and found they had done this once already the month before and I missed it.  I had my bank deny any future transactions from this company and had them refund the amount I caught.  The other amount it was too late as it was already 30 days later. 

Not even two weeks after talking to my bank a Mrs. Dickinson calls being very rude and promising to take me to court.  Luckily I live in colorado where they would have to file in a local court and I do not think they will find anyone local to file for them.  Stay very far away from this company and beware I am now reading that they like to change names. 

We spend about 2,000 a month on advertising, we pay all our bills.  Mrs. Dickenson tried to imply that we do not want to pay this particular bill because we are struggling and do not have the money.  We do not want to pay the bill because they did not hold up to their end of the agreement, plain and simple.
