Entertainment.com Ripoff half price scam Internet

We purchased a restaurant coupon book that was included on a free Plasma TV Rewards page. We were happy to get the book for what we believed was half price. We started using the coupons only to find out many of the restaurants have gone out of business. For half price we wouldn't complain BUT checking our credit card turns out we got billed for the entire $45.99. I started calling. I was switched around and left on hold and finally got someone who said they could do nothing because the book wasn't orderd directly from their page. I asked for the supervisor. He said we were sent an email asking if we wanted the half price. When we didn't respond it was billed full price and they could do nothing. We got no e-mail, probably went to spam, but how crazy is that anyway. Who wouldn't want half price??? I am disputing with bankcard and hope this works. It's a small amount but those add up to millions for these ripoff.com's.
