Hi, we purchased a theme 'The7' from Envato Market with Invoice IVBF24845819, Invoice IVHF12879913, Invoice IVIP24971187, and we downloaded both the full zip file, as well as the compact zip file. Neither wanted to install via the Wordpress engine. It gave errors. When we tried to unzip it and FTP it to the server, we noticed more than 600= php, jpg, gif, etc. files were faulty and could not unzip. No matter how we tried, we always seem to end up with a faulty or crashing theme. We reqched out to the support desk via a detailed email describing all the issues, and requested support in the form a new tested file to be sent to us, or a refund. They blatantly refused to assist us and sent us the following email from a no reply email address:

We wasted $40 US on a faulty theme, and we sent the the 600+ errors, which they are obviously aware of, and clearly have no intent to support us or assist with a fixed theme, or allow us to download a different theme, or even a refund. This is blatant fraud and I would advise everyone to stay clear of this scrupolous company. If you have downloaded a theme and it works, consider yourself lucky, as it is only a matter of time before they will steal your money as well. I am really disappointed as I was under the impression that this were suppose to be a legit company.
