ENVANTO PTY LTD (ENVATO.COM), is a complete ripp off. I made the mistake of purchasing several templates through THEMEFOREST.NET all at once. My first mistake was not to search reviews for this company. Obviously with all the bad reviews, I am not the only one who was burned, unfortunately. Nobody can refute that the designs on themeforest.net are very nice. I went through the site and one after the next, I was purchasing all these designs and wordpress templates. I was very happy with all template purchases assuming, that when I get the software and the backend, "it will look exactly how I saw it advertised". 

WRONG! First of all, every template design simply started with problems and looked nothing like the design "As Advertised". The back-end of each design had several missing components and in order for me to just get it off the ground, I would have to search the internet for several needed components and pay for additional plugins.

I contacted ENVANTO support several times and never recieved a response in 29 days. I contacted PayPal and after the 29 days and filed a complaint. Ultimately, PayPal stated there is nothing they can do. Acutally the PayPal Wording was;

" Dear XXXXXXXXX,

We have concluded our investigation into this case. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to decide this claim in your favor."
False Advertising alone should have gotten me a refund alone, but No. PayPal sided with this RipOff company.

So I went back to the ENVATO site to gain evidence, only to find out my account was now closed.

So, now I lost over $500 in templates and no access to them as well as my account at ENVATO. The bottom line is, this site needs to state "NO REFUNDS" cleary written on their website. They also need to post "NOT GUARANTEED TO LOOK AS SHOWN" on thier website. They don't have either. This site is a complete rip-off, and I hope to save at least one person from losing thier money. They think because they are in Australia and I am in the United States, they can simply get away with over $500 of my money, but I'm not going away that quickly. I have already left several messages with Australia Media. I will do my best, not only to get my money back, but I will also get a refund back to everyone who was ripped off by this company!
