Envie / Alesse After ordering the 10 day trial, I was not happy with the product. During this time we had a hurricane, and I found out the I have a very serious heart condition. The same day I called to canceI I found out they had already charged my dredit card $98. When disputing this with the rep., I also found out that the trial date begins the day you order (not the six(+/-) it take to receive it. When I asked to speak with a supervisor or mngr the rep got very rude and hung up. The rep said her name was Channel #307. Internet
