I have recently noticed sums of money going from my bank account at the same time every month. I checked the web address from who was taking it and it lead me to a epoch web page. I informed my bank and am still waiting to see what happens next. I sent several emails to the companies billing enquiries and had 1 back stating they had noone with my email registered and would need more details. So i copyed n pasted my online statement and would you belive it now my emails come back just as i sent them no reply just my email right back at me. This company needs to be stopped they seem to be commiting world wide fraud on innocent people. I have since changed my bank details so I know they cant take anymore from me but I warn others please if you see even the slightest ammount differance please report it straight away. If anyone has any ideas now how I can get my money back please let me know. I am in UK england so now epoch seems to be worldwide.
They have also traded as paycom.net and proberly many others

I have just seen a report about epoch taking money out of bank accounts every month. (The lady from birmingham)
I have a merchant account with epoch and they are usually very good, I expect you have signed up for a re-billing monthly subcription on a adult site without knowing and you should of read the terms and conditions before purchasing, however if you have never purchased anything via epoch I expect you have been a victim of credit card fraud and it is possible to get a refund.
Most monthly re-billing subcriptions on epoch you can cancel at anytime but some you canno't cancel for 3 months - which would say in the terms and conditions and should say clearly on top of the epoch card processing page!
If you signed up for something you never read about then thats your own fault and is not illegal for the company to take funds out of your bank account every month.
If you have been a victim of fraud you can go to your bank and they will do a chargeback on the fraudsters merchant account and get your money back, but you will just have the same problem next month when they take more money out of your account because you havn't cancelled your subcription.
Contact billing@billingsupport.com and tell them your name and expalin the situation and they will cancel it for you.
If you have a order ID number which should be in your email you can automatically cancel on this website billingsupport.com but if you have been a victim of fraud then it probably would of been sent to a completely random email address.
Epoch are a very good company, I doubt it is there fault.
I hope this helps.
