EPower And Profits - SOFT SERVE ripoff, unauthorized billing, with unknown business hours Internet

We called and purchased EPower and Profits e-bay kit. We paid almost $30.00 and authorized EPower to charge our credit card. Six months later, we started receiving a charge for $49.95 to SOFT SERVE 888-9028600 CA on our credit card statement. I called the number numerous times only to receive a recording saying to call back during business hours which was not provided in the recording.

Although EPower and Profits tried to sell us their other services, we did not agree to them. Because we authorized them to charge us for the original product with out credit card, our credit card company explained that their other charges are not considered fraudulent. They issued us new cards and urged us to continue to try and contact the company.
