I ordered ePower and Profits and the man taking my order kept trying to get me to agree to additional services; when I told him to just forget the order, he agreed to send me simply what I wanted. I got the information packet which amounts to a paperback book and three worthless CD's. Now the company has billed my credit card another 34.95 for their VIP service which I had refused and did not receive, however it's marked on my invoice as being ordered.

I can't get in touch with anyone by phone, all you get is a message saying they can't take calls because of the hurricane. I have sent two e-mails and left a voicemail message but as of yet the money has not been put back into my account.
