EPS Parking is a ripoff,
I parked near the Federal Building when entering the sign is not exact. After walking to ask a security officer about parking (less than 2 min) I found a boot on my car. I took less than 5 steps over the a car missing all bumpers to inquire about the boot. The guy driving said I had to pay him $75 to remove the boot.
I explained that I did not leave the parking lot and was inquiring about how to pay. He could care less stating because the boot was on, I had to pay on the spot $75 to have it removed. In lieu of being on my lunch break, I paid but my husband and receive free legal and will fight this all the way. EPS Parking reviews speaks volume and they are most certainly a RIP-OFF!

Either your exaggerating, or you are leaving something out of your story. You claim that you parked your car and in 2 minutes time a van drove up and booted your car? I'm not even sure a boot could be put on a car that quickly.
the sign you mention being not exact, what does it say?
