EPS Parking Tech # 135 EPS ripped me off Atlanta Georgia

I paid the monthly parking fee. I have the monthly permit. However EPS tech # 135 phone # 404-707-7168 in LAZ parking phone # 678-846-9028 Luke lot on 436 Peachtree st booted my car. Once EPS tech #135 noticed the monthly permit he informed me I had to pay $10 to remove the boot. This is a rip off and scam. Since I was a loyal, monthly, paying customer the boot should have been removed immediately. When I requested to speak to a manager I was refused. I called the 404-605-9242 customer service number I was directed to leave a message with an answering service and informed someone will return my call. It's now 18 hours later and no one from EPS has contacted me. The parking companies are ripping people off and behaving like criminals. If I were to do this as an individual it would be a criminal act.
