EQUINOX DNA EnVisage-Skin.com 14-day Trial Rip Off, Internet

The Equinox DNA 14 day free trial is a rip off.  The number you're suppose to call to cancel will not work. You have to keep trying back because of the high volume of calls. When you finally reach them (always after the 14th day free trial) they will cancel your order. However, will not refund the $99.00 charge added to your bank account

However, the free trial is not really 14 days, and even if you have called and cancelled within the 14 days, say day 13 or 14 (by the time you get through) it's too late. Your card has been charged and you will not get refunded. 

In addition, the $4.95 trial offer was sent to my bank in GB funds (through skinbeauties GB) as $7.95.  Email of apology was received and a refund sent to my bank for the over-charge amount from GB to US$.

Equinox DNA  said they sent an email with customer service address if after hours.  THERE was NEVER any email sent to me. Sheridan Labs Inc., 14953 Heritagecrest Way Suite C, Bluffdale, UT - 84065 1-855-441-7912.  Customer svc. mgr (Larry) said they were in Nevada.
