WAS CHARGED UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS; $99 & $93 BLUFFDALE UTAH

 I had this ad pop up while on FaceBook and I also felt it was very misleading and stated that the only thing I was paying for was the shipping of a free trial. My account was hit within 2 weeks with $99$ and $93 dollars.(RadiantBluffDaleUtah & WrinkleBluffDaleUT)

I did not authorize this "Company" to charge my account to purchase product. When you call the number associated with the debit in my bank account, it goes straight to a Customer Service line. They only answer the phone as "Customer Service". You have to ask what company it is!!  Who does business like that? Someone who is rippin off people that is who!! The phone recepton is awful and sounds like they are in a fish tank and the two people I spoke with spoke very broken English. I am a hard working middle class person, with 2 kids in college and cannot afford a sudden $200 just being taken from my account. Why can't something be done about this? Why do companies like FaceBook take their adversting on? My bank First Merit will not even help me with this problem, so I have lost 200.00.
