Sheridan Labs SCAM: Deceptive advertising and unauthorized charges! Bluffdale Utah

I can't even find this company's website, only scores of scam reports!

I was lured by the advertisment which showed amazing results with this product, so decided to try it for the proce of shipping.

I was asked if I wanted to add the two gels in addition to the cream and I did not but there was no opt out option.

It cost me $4.95 intially for the sample.

I have barely used any of the face cream because you don't need a lot, and today I received another shipment of the cream in the mail which I did not order!

I had only ordered the so-called free trial! There was nothing in the fine print that provided information on how to stop any monthly shipments and at the time I ordered the free sample I had no idea I had signed up for any regular shipments. It was not in the information provided, which was very scant. If it was there it was very difficult to find.

I received no email from these scam artists describing the process of a monthly subscription or even a receipt for my purchase of the sample.

Today I called the company after receiving this new bottle when I have enough in the other to last me a year and spoke to a very rude customer service agent out of a call center with a thick Indian accent and very poor customer relations skils. He kept repeating accusatory statements and refused to let me talk. He said he could not refund any money, accused me of signing on to a monthly shipment.

I see now that these scam artisits billed my credit card 93.00 on 7/29/2015 and $99.92 on 8/14/2015.

Total charges: 197.87!
