Sheridan Labs couldn't even use them. I got RMO # paid to return them certified & they would return my money. They signed on 3/11 at 2.49pm and still no return of my money...... Bluffdele Utah

I ordered face cream samples (advertised by Dr,.Oz) one for $4.95 and other for $5.95. there no statements to return after  so many days. When they arrived there was not one single piece of paper in box, no phone number, no address, nothing, zip. Two weeks later I got charged by my credit card $99.00 and $93.00 for the creams. Their telephone number was on my charge so I called them, explained I coulnd' even use samples because they were too greasy for my skin And I certainly never wanted them or more. I never signed anything about another charge. After much yelling, the man(who speaks very at ....bad english)gave me a return merchandise number and told me when they got the samples back they would refund my money. I mailed them out the same day(after picking them out of trash) and their company signed that they got them back 3/11/15 at 2:49pm...signed for them.  To this day...March 21st) I have still NOT received any monies>>>> Please help. I'm a 70 year old senior who also got charged $35 because I didn't have an extra $200 in my account. I just want my money back......Please help me.
