The Equinox DNA 14 day free trial is a rip off. The number you're suppose to call to cancel will not work. You have to keep trying back because of the high volume of calls. Once you finally get ahold of them they will cancel your order.

However, the free trial is not really 14 days, and even if you have called and cancelled within the 14 days, say day 13 or 14 (by the time you get through) it's too late. Your card has been charged and you will not get refunded.

Do not do business with this company. The product doesn't work either. If this doesn't teach me a lesson, nothing will.
