Equinox Skin Care RVTL & Equinox Please help me get my money back. :) Dallas Texas

On the internet I saw where celebrities were using this product.  So I decided to buy a one month supply at the low price of $4.99.  on the 15th day after ordering it I was charged $93 out of my account.  I called them, had to call three times after speaking with a customer service person each time and they were all foreign and could not understand them. They are giving me a refund of $60 that should be deposited back into my account within 2-3 days.  I just called today (4/17/14). What about the other $33?  She said it was for shipping and handleing.  I asked for the two small bottles of skin care.  Give me a break.  Noone in their right mind would pay $4.99 for a product and $33 for s/h.  This is a big, fat, ugly SCAM!  I would like to get a full refund.  Please get these people.  Any help you can do would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks,
