Equinox This company kept charging my credit card and sending more product when all I signed up for was a trial offer and $4.95 to pay for S/H Pasadena California

Equinox Skin Products has been sending me and charging my credit card for what was supposed to be a one time charge of $4.95 for shipment of a trial offer of Equinox Get Flawless and Clear Skin product.  They have been charging me $99 each time they send product.  I want it canceled and called the only phone number I could find for this company in Pasadena, California to cancel.  The woman there had no idea where she could call but said she would take care of it on her end.  All she did was ask my name and nothing else.  I offered my address to where it continues to be shipped to but she sounded disinterested in taking down any information for this cancellation.  It seems there is really no where you can call to get a cancellation for this product.
