equinox ,supervisor ethan williams bate and switch, you only pay 4.95 for shipping!!! then if you want to cancel after 15 days Internet

 i saw the ad on tv. equinox day and night cream and another RVTL cream, suppose to use together. it stated that after 15 days if you were not satisfied you could cancel and not be charged. that is a lie. about 4 days after i got my products, i noticed two charges, 99 and 93 deducted from my acct. i called and the indian named ethan williams who had no other supervisor told me how they get away with doing this. he did no care that i had an allergic reaction, he tried to get me to keep it. he then agreed to refund 100 dollars but no more. he said i was a valuable customer and they charged my account so i could get the product, another set of products before the paper had come off of the first set they are billing me and sending me anothe rset so they can get the money before you realize what is going on. rip offs.
