I was drug tested under mandate of the Department of Transportation. Over 60 errors were committed by the parties involved in processing the test.

DOT regulations require each entity involved in the testing must release all information pertaining to the donor upon his request. They will not do so.
I have been asking them to cooperate for more than a year. I have asked the agencies of the government with regulatory authority to intervene. They will not.
