Essentials Gold has been charging me a membership fee without my permission. They claim they called my house and that I took a membership.

The membership fee shows up annually on my Citi Card. I contacted them and after much arguing, they finally removed the charge for 2010. Unfortunately, I never noticed that the charge has been slipped in my bill every year for four years.

When I asked them the purposed of the business, none of the marketers could explain it.

This is an outrageous ripoff and even worse it is condoned by Citibank!!!
