Esurranty Failure to provide replacement phone despite deductible being charged within 24 hours of claim Miami Internet
I purchased a policy for my iphone 6s plus 64 gb in Novemberr 2015. In March, 2017 I filed a claim after my phone was stolen - a replacement phone was covered in my plan as long as I paid a deductible ($289). I filed my claim and paid my deductible on March 7, 2017 and submitted all the necessary paperwork. I was sent an email stating it would take 3-5 business days to process my claim and receive my phone. Fast forward it is now 4/28/17 and I still have not received a replacement phone. The company has no phone number to call to follow up on this status, you can only communicate via email with your "insurance" handler. In my case, Sean Henson. He has ceased to reply to any of my email messages, I've tried contacting the better business bureau with no luck because esurranty replied saying they are in the process of handling my claim. This means nothing as I have received no communication from them as to when I will get my phone. I have no choice, I think I will have to go to small claims court as I still have no received my replacement phone.
