Etollfree Robert Wilson Do not trust this company. Dishonest!! Fort Worth Texas

I'm writting this to share in hopes this company and indivdual (Robert Wilson) does not take advantage of you.

(if you have no time to read the whole story just skip to the bottom paragraph) 

We signed up for a 888 number that was never published. The next thing we knew it was over the allotted minutes with a bill coming in. spoke with one person to get this resolved. The person in the company said it would be resolved. Of course it never was. After weeks of (not using the number) trying to reach someone by email and phone (and believe me we tried to get this resloved) I was finally able to get a very horrible VOIP (thats the service they use) to Robert Wilison. He was extreamly rude and told me it was my fault. He said I owed the money even after I had explained that the number was never published or used. When I explained to him that we had a lot of trouble reaching someone to talk with his responce was they have people that spend millions of dollars on service and don't need to use phones to communicate. (huh) they do everything via email (huh again) 

So I asked him why they had a phone number listed if they didn't do phone support (for billing or tech support etc) 

He said " we have people that do 2 to 300 thousand minutes a day (huh you do realize that there's only 1440 minutes to a day Robert) and we have people spending millions of dollars on a month and why would we want to use our phone to talk with people that are only spending $25.00 a month and want to take up 2 hours of our time. 

To cut through the BS. Here's the deal. I've been trying to communicate with this company for months and normally all you'll get is voicemail (that will never be responded to) and email (that again goes un responded)

They claim to be a big company but the place of business is registered to a home address and their phone systems are clearly the cheapest that money can buy with horrible reception.

**They clearly have you sign up for a type of 888, 855, 800, etc number knowing you really can't track it so they just add minutes used to bill you. When you ask them about it they are not able to provide any answers. We did 3 seperate 800,888,855 numbers and never published or used and guess what. They all had about the same billing. Makes you wonder thats a bit odd. almost the same bill without useage.**

**Do not use this company if you value your money and sanity.**
