I worked for Evans Glass and was the top canvasser for the company.  As such I earned a trip to Hawaii.  On 12/09/09 when I went into the office to file a sexual harassment complaint against Adam Charness, I was laid off by Dustin Henderson and Gene Jacques.  This is the company's way of resolving complaints by their employess.  They terminate or lay them off instead of dealing with the problem.

I received my paycheck stub in which I had direct deposit and it reflected my cashout for the Hawaii trip of $606.  When I went to my bank I was informed that the direct deposit was reversed.

I talked to Stephanie in payroll and she told me that Dustin Henderson did not approve the Hawaii trip that I earned. Furthermore there was absolutely no punishment to the gentleman who sexually harassed me.  With the way Evans Glass operates he will probably be promoted.

I emailed Matt Flath about my cash out and argued there was no reason to take it away from me.  He emailed me back over 3 weeks ago and stated that I would receive my $606 cash out.

To this day, I have not received it and I have not gotten any answers about what happened to it.

At this point I am filing a lawsuit against Evans Glass management for failing to provide a safe and harassment free working environment for me despite numerous successful attempts to bring to managements attention the problems and giving them more than ample opportunity to resolve the issues.  I was sent to the hospital twice for working in a very hostile and unprofessional and unsafe work environment and management (Matt Flath and Dustin Henderson) were more than aware of the situation and did nothing about it.

They even allowed a drunk employee to drive a company vehicle, get into an accident, injure two employees and cost the company thousands of dollars.  Nothing was done to Bliss Ryan, the drunk driver and employee of Evans Glass driving the van, but I was layed off and was a model employee who never caused problems except requested that the company follow WA State labor laws and its own company policy and made the company hundreds of thousands of dollars.

I don't understand it either!
