Everest Consumer Services STOLE MY KIDS CHRISTMAS Atlanta Georgia

I recieved a phone call from Sean Harris guaranting me a credit card for 2500.00 and that I would recieve it by the end of the week!! I used my car payment money to do it as i thought GREAT I can consolidate my bills on this and finally get out of debt!! WRONG!! I called a week later they said i was lied to and would have to wait 4-6 weeks to let the company honor their offer, To be able to get a refund and they said it would be issued immediately!! WRONG!!

I was then told i would have to wait 30 days.. after that I was to file a fraud affidavidt.. Well the BANK Says I have only 30 days from that date. Although Bank One is trying to help.. Netchex says they are out of money to refund. and gave me a bogus number and email address for everest. No one seems to be able to help me and now my kids Christmas is ruined!! Now had I been told on Nov 12th when I originally called NETCHEX would of been able to refund me. So for all the waiting and runaround I still have nothing and nor do my kids and this has just added to my debt.
