I received my bank statement the first week of July and was pretty shocked to find that my account had been debited 54.95 from Everprivate card which i had not authorized. Under no circumstances did I know about this or okay it. I called the phone number on my statement but it told me to get online. I got online to file a complaint and told their "customer service" I did not authorize them to do this and that they did it fradulently. I demanded a refund. They emailed me back explaining to me that it was authorized and that it was a once in a lifetime fee and I would have a lifetime membership. I again emailed them and told them I DID NOT AUTHORIZE this and that I DID NOT want their debit card. They again responded by telling me it was a debit card, and that it was only a one time charge. I again explain to them I wanted my money back. This has been a HUGE hassle.
