I too had $49.95 taken out of my account for no reason except that I visited a site that sold my bank information to them. All my bank did was give me a phone number to contact about getting a refund back. I called the number ...and to my amazement they must know people are going to be calling them because they give you a web address to request a refund via automated recording. This hear tells you they are running a scam operation. If noone catches the withdrawal, they made their money. I went to the website and request the refund. There is certain information you have to give them for a refund...like exact account holder name...amount of refund request($49.95), and address that they have on file.(If you moved recently and they have an old address give that to them or no refund.)Follow direction to the tee. Right down all ticket numbers...you will need them to check on your refund status. The responses come in message form on a website they will refer you to after your request. Responses come every ten minutes and are automated. They will tell you their advertising spill over and over about three times trying to convince you to not get a refund. Do everything you can to sound like a legal threat to these people. After abouut five rounds you will get your refund approved and it will arrive in 7 to 10 days. I got mine after threatening to go to the media and the attorney general and that I hired a private investigator. They even messed up and sent my check to the wrong address...when I contacted them through my ticket number they seen I didn't cash the check..cancelled the first and reissued me another check.
