EverPrivate Card This company did a ACH withdrawl out of my checking account without my authoriztion. Monarch BAy California

My checking account was debited and I called my bank to find out where the debit came from and they advised me that the company was EverPrivate Card and I told them that I did not authorize the transaction. I contacted them via the internet and they explained that they would of never debited this without my authorization. I explained that I didn't even know what this company was. I explained to them that this debit caused overdraft fees on my account and they told me that they could not be responsible for overdrafts but they would refund me 49.99 for the card, but I needed to fill out a form online and I did. They advised me that it would take 10-14 to recieve my refund.

That was on 8/9/07, needless to say I haven't recieved my refund yet. I've tried to contact them several times thereafter and I have been unsuccessful in all my attempts. I want justice.
