I have bought one in past. Worthless out of the box. Sent it in and it was repaired. Thought it was a fluke. Loved that controller.  Fast forward to Xbox one. Bought one for my Xbox one as well.  Also garbage. Not one mod works. Spent five weeks trying to get ahold of someone. No one bothers with you. No one calls you back.  The live chat never works. Emails are always ignored.  Finally got a hold of someone who basically said yea it's broke. We will email you a return label. Another week goes by. No label and once again all my calls ignored. Controller still useless. Worst customer service ever and terrible products. Highly recommend you get a different controller and stay far away from Evil Controllers.

The name in this is my gamer tag. My order number is 100065066 and my invoice is 100052857 ordered December 1 2014. I have called nearly daily. Half the time I get a weird not in service. The other I get an answer machine. I've left numerous messages. Talked to a tech once after four weeks of calling. He said he'd call me back in ten minuets. Two days later he called back and said he'd email me a return label. I haven't recieved that either. I will email you directly. I was very aggravated. I loved my 360 one once it was repaired. I have bought four new Xbox ones and intended on getting everyone evil controllers so we can snipe more efficiently. I'd like this corrected and if I decide to purchase the rest of the controllers I'd definitely like them tested or checked to avoid this again.
