Been very reluctant to post this on Evil Controllers, but I feel a need to communicate my plight.
The upfront is I sent in my controller for repair and they received it on 25 Sep 12, and after over 10 attempts to contact them I have not heard a word. I have confirmation EC received the controller from UPS delivery record and someone at EC signed for it. I had printed off the repair info sheet and filled it out with both my problems with the controller and multiple ways to
contact me (2 email addresses, phone number, snail mail address).
I will offer I was very satisfied with my controller non mod controller with evil d-pad and sensitive buttons/triggers. The controller worked very well. Eventually I noticed the right analog stick was sticky and I couldnt turn to the right or left very fast pretty much doom or death in online shooters. I do not have any problems with the controllers mods by EC, and rate them very high. I think this was normal wear and tear problem.
Ill also mention the order process for my controller went well, I got ahold of an EC rep and even though it was a holiday she took my order and gave me a slight price break as this was the third controller I purchased from them.
With this said the customer service for repairs is unacceptable. I sent at least 5 emails over the last two months through the website, and got the auto-return message they would contact me in a business day. I also left at least 4 phone messages requesting contact and news on my controller. Lastly I sent two Facebook messages. No return contact of any form,
zip, nada..
For resolution I still would like my controller repaired and returned.
Again this level of customer service is flatly unacceptable. I would appreciate some direct contact from
an EC rep about getting my controller fixed and returned.

Providing a update to my report. Amanda did get ahold of me the same day I
filed the report. She heard my situation
then said shed check into it. She did expedite
getting my controller serviced and sent out the same day. I received it yesterday (19 Nov 12) and
played with it last night. The
controller worked great and my repair issues were well addressed.
To close with a balanced view, yet the product is very good,
and yes after filing the rip-off report I did get prompt and courteous service. Balanced on this is I should not have needed
to go through this process. Bottom line,
would I buy another evil controller? I
think yes as the product is good and when you can actually talk to someone
(Amanda) the customer service is very good.
But you need to make your own assessment.
Closing Respectfully,
Mike
