We used the telephone reservation system that exec u car that lists. After speakiAmman someone who took our credit card and spending ten minutes booking they assured us our driver would be there to take us to the airport. After ten minutes of them being late they claimed to have entered the wrong date and that a new car would be there in ten minutes to pick us up. After thirty minutes of total wait time a driver called and said he couldn't make it for another thirty minutes. We knew at this point we needed to call a taxi which took another ten minutes to there, needles to say at this point we were one hour late and. Never would have made it to airport in time. Avoid this company they are horrible at what they do and you are better off using a taxi.
